We had never been to Capital Reef National Park. In addition to the confusing name, it’s further away being on the west side of Canyon Lands so we didn’t give it a lot of thought. After some research, we decided the Cathedral Valley district would be our style and proved to be an incredible remote overlanding experience… not often possible in national parks. It did not disappoint.
